The Mississippi Police Benevolent Association is composed of  law enforcement officers employed by federal, state, county and municipal governments.
This professional association, funded by membership dues and citizen contributions, provides legal, disciplinary and other representation to officers who are members. PBA represents sworn law enforcement officers and support personnel  by providing legal services and advocating changes to improve the quality of work life for people employed in all aspects of criminal justice.
The association prohibits its members from engaging in or condoning any strike by law enforcement officers. We do, however, represent our members through aggressive political action
